The kitchen is a spacious and well equipped laboratory designed to provide training to students in food preparation. Students learn basic to advance level culinary skills in Indian and international cuisines. Kitchen Management, Hygiene & sanitation, menu planning & costing are all an integral part of becoming a world-class chef, which is taught here.
