Mr. Pratik Sandesh Pawar
Pratik has successfully completed his Bachelor’s in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT), which laid the groundwork of his journey into the diverse and dynamic world of hospitality. He has also done his master’s degree in Hospitality Tourism at the prestigious college Suryadatta Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to KKSU. With 5 years of Hotel Industry experience specialised in western cuisine.
Since 2021 he has been working as Assistant Professor at MCH and handling Basics of Food Production, Quantity Kitchen and Advanced Culinary for the students of MCH.

Mr. Hitesh Muzumdar
Mr. Hitesh Muzumdar is an accomplished hospitality professional with over 22 years of expertise in hotel management, teaching and hospitality industry, and curriculum development. He has contributed extensively to academic excellence through syllabus design, exam evaluation, and external supervision across leading universities in and around Pune, Maharashtra. With published research on hospitality practices and consumer behavior, his work bridges industry and academia. He holds a BSc in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (YCMOU, 2008, First Class) and a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (Bombay Technical Board, 1998, First Class).
Mr. Neville Sequeria
Mr. Neville Sequeira is an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) professional and Assistant Professor with over 15 years in the hospitality industry. He is a motivational leader specializing in restaurant and bar operations, inventory control, revenue generation, and talent development. His background includes roles as a Restaurant Manager at various venues in Pune, a Bartender on Princess Cruises, and an F&B Team Leader at The Westin. As an educator, he taught subjects like Food & Beverage Service and contributed to syllabus design and student mentoring. He holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Studies from Pune University.
Mr. Sourabh Jadhav
Sourabh Jadhav – With a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) from AJMVPs’s IHMCT, Ahmednagar, and a Master’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (MHMCT) from MSIHMCT, Pune, he has a strong academic foundation in the field.
His focus on the front office in hotel management, coupled with his responsibility for training and placement, showcases a diverse skill set. Having published two international papers and authored a book on “essential communication skills for hospitality professionals”, Mr. Jadhav has contributed significantly to the academic and professional literature in the field.
With a total of 10 years of combined experience in both the teaching industry and the hotel sector, Mr. Jadhav brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his role. His six years of hands-on experience in the hotel industry, combined with four years of teaching, make him a seasoned professional.
In MCH he is teaching a front office subject in college, guided by teachers, fosters practical skills, industry knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. It emphasizes effective communication, professional etiquette, and teamwork, while also developing leadership and adaptability. Teachers facilitate networking opportunities and offer career guidance, preparing students for diverse roles within front office management and ensuring they stay current with industry trends.

Mr. Raghavendra Gade
Mr. Raghavendra Gade is an accomplished Assistant Professor with over 20 years of experience in hotel management education and hospitality operations. He has contributed extensively to academic excellence through innovative teaching, curriculum development, quality assurance, and examination administration. Actively involved in university-level syllabus design, paper setting, and evaluation, he brings strong academic rigor to his work. His research spans consumer behavior and service quality in the hospitality sector. With strong leadership, communication, and event management skills, he is dedicated to student development, industry collaboration, and creating impactful learning experiences that prepare future professionals for success in the hospitality industry.
Prof. Prashant Adsule
Prof. Prashant Adsule, with a Master’s in Human Resource and Hospitality Management, serves as a Student Development Officer, Social Media Coordinator, and Assistant Professor at Magarpatta College of Hospitality, Pune. With over 22 years in hospitality and education, he has held leadership roles, including Founder-President of SHM-Chef’s Club and Examination Head at Ajeenkya D Y Patil University. Prof. Adsule is a recognized member of numerous professional bodies and has earned several prestigious awards, including the TIP Inspiring Educators Award and the Classroom Warriors Award (2024).
An accomplished culinary expert, Prof. Adsule has worked in luxury hospitality and on international cruises, trained in Six Sigma and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and published 18 patents, 1 book and 9 research papers. Known for his expertise in global cuisines, food styling, and culinary arts, he has traveled extensively, exploring diverse culinary traditions worldwide. His commitment to excellence in teaching, training, and mentoring has left a significant impact on the industry.
Dr. Vishwajit Jadhav
Dr. Vishwajit Jadhav is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and tourism industry, bringing a wealth of experience from some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands, including Greenbrier Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and several leading restaurants and Hotels. Having worked as a chef across these prestigious establishments, Dr. Jadhav’s journey has shaped him into a mentor who understands both the art and the business of hospitality.
With an MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a Ph.D. (Honoris Causa) in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Dr. Jadhav blends his extensive academic knowledge with years of hands-on industry experience. His expertise covers a range of fields including culinary arts, food production, customer service, and hospitality management, making him a unique resource for students looking to excel in the fast-paced world of hospitality.
Dr. Jadhav’s career is a testament to the power of passion, dedication, and continuous learning. He has worked with global hospitality leaders and restaurants, mastering the intricate balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
