Morde Chocolate Workshop

Organized a Morde Chocolate Workshop on 10th August 2023. Chef. Bonny Pereira, Regional Culinarian, Morde Cocoa and Chocolates visited the college for demonstrating the amazing chocolate art and explained students difference between chocolate and compound, origin of chocolates, tempering of chocolate, how to make bon bons, Chocolate cake and amazing garnishing techniques.

World Chocolate Day Workshop

Celebrated World Chocolate Day on 7th July 2023. The College organized Chocolate workshop in the bakery of MCH Premises. The expert from the industry, Chef. Mariya Kagalwala, owner Choco-liiicious was invited to demonstrate various desserts and treats. Chef. Mariya demonstrated Chocolate Fudge, Cakesicles, Cake Pops, Truffles, Chocolate tempering to the students. Learners gained a deeper understanding of the rich history and origins of chocolate, including its cultural significance and how it has evolved over time.

Third Wave Coffee Tasting Session

Organized Third Wave Coffee Tasting Session On 15th July 2023 at training restaurant. Mr. Sunny Dahale, Deputy HR Manager, Third Wave Coffee, Mr. Vishal Khatkalle Area Manager, Third Wave Coffee, Mr. Devesh Singh, Senior Executive Learning and Development, Third Wave Coffee had visited the campus for the tasting session. Mr. Sunny Dahale and Mr. Vishal Khatkalle demonstrated coffee making for students and staff. Students gained knowledge on history and origin of coffee. The main objective for conducting coffee tasting session was to make students understand different styles of coffee and understanding the taste notes of coffee.
