Organized guest lecture on Introduction to Food & Beverage Service Industry. Mr. Anil Nair, General Manager, Qora, Cocktail Bar & Kitchen was the guest speaker for the day. He focused on enhancing their understanding on important concepts and practices in food & beverage service. He also provided students’ knowledge on the careers in Food & Beverage Service industry. The session was very informative and useful for all.

The guest lecture on the “Role of Housekeeping in Hospitality” aimed to enlighten F.Y. B.Sc. HS students at Magarpatta College of Hospitality on 4th August-2023.This talk about the significant role of housekeeping in the overall guest experience and the smooth functioning of the hospitality industry. Overall, the guest lecture provided a valuable perspective on the pivotal role of housekeeping in the success of a hospitality establishment. It inspired students to recognize the importance of maintaining high standards in housekeeping operations to ensure guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the hospitality industry. Guest Lecture on Wines and its Characteristics
Organized guest lecture on Wines and its Characteristics for S.Y. B. Sc. and T.Y. B. Sc. HS students on 18th August 2023. Mr. Shardul Mahalaxme, Assistant Manager, Sula Vineyards had visited the campus to deliver the lecture to students. He shared knowledge on understanding the grape variety, the Winemaking process and characteristics of each grape, food and wine pairing. Students had good experience in understanding wines and its characteristics.
